As professional financial advisors, we continually strive to see every client realize their financial dreams. We are licensed with the Insurance Council of BC. With over 80 years of combined industry experience, our team can provide expert advice to meet your needs.
In 1995, I started this firm to help Canadians reach their retirement and life goals through our Areas of Focus approach to planning. In life, one of the most difficult things we ever do is retire. Our team works with our clients first in the accumulation phase, and then we help them to ease into retirement, with tax effective cash flow. We also ensure that there is a smooth and tax effective transfer of wealth to the next generation. My joy is seeing clients reach their retirement income goals, and to watch them tick off items on their bucket list.
I have always lived in British Columbia and in 2013 my wife Dallas and I walked the Camino de Santiago to celebrate our 60th birthdays. In 2015, we celebrated 40 years of marriage, we have 2 sons, and 5 grandchildren which are the joys of our life.
Come in and meet with me for a free consultation on your retirement cash flow. We can help to minimize taxes and develop a strategy that best fits you.
"People don't plan to fail, they fail to plan."
What problems are getting in the way of you achieving your goals? I want to work with you to overcome and reach your financial goals. Together, we build a road to the future and cover Areas of Focus with a sense of accomplishment at each step.
By listening to your needs and concerns, I'm able to help you plan your future wealth strategy with a full range of financial services, insurance products, group benefit plans, segregated funds, and tax effective strategies.
With the support of my wonderful wife, we are raising our three children in the same community in which I grew up. In Walnut Grove, you will find me as an active member in my community, serving as past PAC President, and volunteering my time in local events.
Our family has walked a journey of mental health, and this has sparked my passion to focus part of my professional business on the support of families and individuals who have a variety of disabilities. I love to educate about the Registered Disability Savings Plan (RDSP) and how a strong financial future is an option, despite a disability. There is hope for a disabled person to receive pension-like income in the future. Ask me how!
Come meet with me and our team of financial advisors! Together we can find better solutions and a way around obstacles to achieve the wealth and peace-of-mind you deserve in your financial portfolio.
My goal is to foster peace and security in your life when it comes to your finances, regardless of the changes and challenges that come. After establishing what your goals are, I focus on providing both education and expert advice on the investment and insurance tools that will help you achieve those goals.
I completed my Master of Science in Finance degree at Simon Fraser University in 2017. I apply my strong education background and help determine the portfolios best suited to meet individual clients' needs. I am very proud to be a part of a great team that is dedicated to serving you with honest, expert advice.
When I'm not working, I enjoy being active outdoors, playing soccer, skiing, volunteering with my church, and travelling.
If you are in need of a personal advisor to help grow your investments, bring peace of mind, and also minimize your taxes, let's meet!
A native Taiwanese, I empower our Mandarin-speaking clients with the knowledge and confidence to make the right financial choices. I also support Flann Financial Group by evaluating and constructing investment portfolios.
I bring to the table over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. I was a member of the management team for a multi-national insurance company with operations in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and China. I brought those skills and industry experience to Canada where I have been able to leverage "insider knowledge" to advise and advocate for my clients, business owners, and new Canadians alike.
I am a grateful husband and proud dad of 2 adult children. I can often be found on a sail boat on the White Rock waters.

I help clients of all stages of life manage their financial lives and investments. My role is also to take care of the details and provide administrative support for the team for investments. As well as client service and general clerical duties, I schedule and prepare paperwork for client meetings, track financial activity, and liaise with partnering financial institutions and insurance companies. The best part of my job is forming my own relationships with our clients and providing them with a high level of service.
Originally from the UK, I emigrated with my husband and 3 children in 2005. I have been an office administrator since 2007, first as office manager in my husband’s masonry company, then moving into the financial services industry in 2013.
In my spare time I provide on-call taxi service to my three teenage sons! With the time leftover, I love spending it with family and friends, reading crime fiction, and playing Scrabble and Texas hold ‘em. However, my biggest passion is cooking. Over the years I have catered for different groups (including the Canadian Women’s Soccer Team) ranging anywhere from 10 to 150 people all from my humble kitchen.
I look after the administrative details regarding segregated funds, GIC's, and life insurance for the Flann team. I also schedule meetings with the team and prepare paperwork and contacts for clients. My role also has me liaising with insurance carriers and other financial institutions, ensuring that transactions are processed efficiently and effectively.
In 2016, I joined the Flann team when I moved to the mountains and out of the flat lands of Manitoba. I hiked the Tour du Mont Blanc in France in 2017 and in 2019 travelled to Ukraine with my dance group. In my spare time I like to hike, golf, kayak and I have also just recently started playing with flowers in multiple floral arranging classes.
